哇, 其實係咪可以救到Sayori, 我見reddit有人share:
So delete your “first run” file. That will sorta reset your game from the beginning. Starting a new game doesn’t do this, you have to delete this file

Load the game and select “yes, delete my data”

Save as soon as you get to the school

Write your poems for Yuri first, pick Yuri in the argument, let Yuri come over, choose the closest friend option for Sayori.

After talking to Sayori, but before the scene where she dies, load that first save.

Write poems for Natsuki, pick Natsuki in the argument, invite Natsuki over to bake, choose the closest friend option for Sayori

Again, after the talking to Sayori, but before you see her die, load that first save again.

Now you have to write poems for Sayori, get her to intervene in the argument, request to work with her for the festival project, and make sure to take note of the one Sayori is asking you about in the “would you walk Home with ____.” You need to pick the other one to come over for the festival. (If she’s worried about Yuri, pick Natsuki. Worries about Natsuki, pick Yuri. When the time comes confess to Sayori and make a save.

Play through the game like normal at this point, you’ve done what you can. Instead of Sayori trying to lock you in the eternity room at the end, you’ll get a special scene with her. Sense she doesn’t get deleted by Monika (cuz that scene to trigger that doesn’t happen) she will be alive, mentally stable, and “brought back” as you said.
