Supplier is sending the goods produced everyday to the fulfillment company for fast processing.
This is highly unusual. The best practice for everyone is to wait that the full production is over to start shipping out.
But we arranged it that way so you guys (or at least some of you) start receiving the earphones and trust we were actually shipping.
We realize now it's a mistake since it creates more confusion and frustration than anything. We're getting more backlashes now than we ever did the past 6 months of delay. While shipping is actually the best thing that happened in the past 6 months!
Anyway, I digress. Mail is coming from the fulfillment company, called SFC.

I can confirm that most of the Noir & Gold and Noir Edition (silver tube & Black housing) single orders have been processed.
We might be looking at a 10% short-shipped for different reasons, that will be corrected next week (the fullfillment company is coming back to work on thursday).
As for the all-black, we're still a bit below the 4000pcs forecast by a small margin. We're waiting for the reports from both the supplier and the fullfillment company.
Please double check your spams folder and please don't worry, your order will be shipped if it hasn't already.
I know it can be frustrating but It's only a few more days of wait!

Dear Backers!
A lot of things have been said in the comments sections which we think we should address in an update.
First, let me confirm that over 7000 pcs of EOZ Air have been manufactured and have reached the fulfillment warehouse.
Now the fulfillment company hasn't been up to the ask.
1. They processed the orders using their own internal formatted .csv. Which wouldn't be a problem if we were shipping on a 2-3 days span. But as it's taking over 3 weeks, it ends up looking like a mess.
2. They seem to have been flagged as junk-mails on most servers...
We're not too happy about them but the task they had in hands wasn't too easy. Anyway, they re-open tomorrow and we expect a new roll-out of tracking numbers in the next 48 hours.
I would like to confirm that EVERY SINGLE BACKERS here will have been processed by October 15th-20th.
Production is running very smooth, workers are getting seriously skilled in the assembling of this special product and the QC agents know where to look and what to test.
We appreciate your patience, we're aware we have disappointed a bunch of you and we apologize for this, hoping the product you'll have delivered will make up for it to some extent.
Please believe me when I say that we've faced A Series of Unfortunate Events™ that delayed any deadline we've communicated before. So I would understand your skepticism.
But this time, this is it!
