210kg 係重,但如果你用pwl 同lifestyle training 去睇back squat, 真係好唔同
如果你講lifestyle training, back squat as 一個leg day training 嘅big compound exercise,我自己多數見人踎60-130呢啲range for reps
但叫得自己玩pwl 呢啲位,我覺得三餅半四餅1rm真係基本盤,小弟我都唔係好勁,最肥嗰陣試過165kg 1rm,你可以話我做唔到210冇資格話210唔重,但對我來講最多係叫做25%多啲
有馬師兄成日都開gym post,你應該都了解有weight training 習慣同冇嘅人嘅strength difference,如果大部份冇接觸過squat,或者係新手,咪可能覺得210kg 係自己能力範圍4-5倍,覺得我係鍵盤戰士亂咁吹
我意思係,210kg squat 緊係好撚重啦,但又真係未去到咁重囉
