- 12:15 PM, July 9, 2023, "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning - Part One" (IMAX)
Or for shows starting on or before 12:30 PM that were affected by the air conditioning malfunction, please contact our customer service department at enquiry@emperorcinemas.com or WhatsApp: 2522 2996.
📍Please rest assured that we will arrange for compensation or ticket refunds for affected customers, including those who purchased tickets online or at box office, redeemed with movie vouchers, AIA e-movie vouchers or VIP members.
