點解要讀讀1年dip先stream A既?
直接過去master唔得?

因為master唔少係兩年 dip一年 dip快攞永居。

唔知等佢比左SP再申請OWP得唔得

請問dip一年係咪要5年內有加拿大認證既學位先可以讀一年？
無既話就要讀兩年？

1. Transfer add complexity to PR application. 1 yr of PGWP is already risky, and having your application more complex (officer will look into how much percentage is done and decide if >50%)
2. Not every institute considers transfer fairly, for example UoT requires 3.3 gap out of 4.0 regardless of 33+/42 DSE result. Some may even say that they don't consider if you have completed half of the credits prescribed by your previous university.
3. Even 23 grad, 23 start, 24 grad and 24 start application, he is still likely to get pr at 26.
4. Lastly, having said that Us in Hk are under-evaluated in Canada, they are worthy of the local tuition. What if he studies top subjects in HKU that has 35+ intake score? Do you still suggest him to quit in the middle? Not everyone binds his future with Canada upon immigration. Some may just want to get the Passport. Once they get it, they return to Hong Kong where their HKU bachelor degree is recognised and valued. 3-4 years time spent before the conferment of passport is just necessary suffer to them.

Even 23 grad, 23 start, 24 grad and 24 start application, he can still get PR card before/in 2025. Much earlier before the sunset.

同埋，如果你真係23春去讀書既話，我唔建議你咁做，因為加拿大好少有1~2月課程係開學既，所以你再考慮清楚會唔會係夏天７月先去，通常佢地D課程係9月先開學~
