身份證大法及SAR (Subject access request) 需在HMPO註銷舊護照 ( CANCEL PASSPORT ) 後方可繼續續領新護照

在預備好所需文件前切勿提交申請。

你的申請不會僅因遞交申請前欠缺副署的聲明書而被拒絕。

Application History 係 HMPO 公務員人手 Update 所以不要過份緊張

如不能提供副署、證明文件或填寫表格時有錯誤，請寫信解釋。

唔好意思 想問下佢話我個countersign唔得之後email咗張表俾我填

個張表可唔可以用email send翻俾佢？定要實體form寄翻過去？

因為要寄埋相，一定要郵寄

唔該晒 頭先睇錯以為唔係英國passport先要寄相

只係唔使寄 countersign o個個人的英國護照護照個人資料，你自己張相點都要寄，仲要係相背簽埋名

Your countersignatory should write the following on the back of one photo:

‘I certify that this is a true likeness of [title and full name of adult or child who is getting the passport].’

They must add their signature and the date under the statement.

今日終於doc receive啦 希望大家早日出洞!

You cannot ask someone to countersign your passport if you’re:

related to them by birth or marriage
in a relationship with or live at the same address as them

唔只直系，叔伯姑舅姨、堂表兄弟姊妹、親家都唔得

你之份張副署因咩事唔得先？佢俾你嗰張表有無相先？

無 之前搵唔係專業人士所以唔得

你問咗彈真係因為非專業人士？職業填咗咩？

唉......你有無之前張有相副署表留底？有就用返嗰張俾人簽過，然後電郵返俾PE，佢返工見到好快批證！

我記得個時 login tracking page 係可以再 download 返countersign form，唔知而家仲得唔得

規矩上舊嗰張form已經void

咁無計，唯有乖乖地簽相再寄埋張表返去

有無人半年都出唔到黑洞

Doc received 之後好似無得再down

其實張表可以無限用，第二次都可以用返，因為內容無變過，有啲PE 都接受過，所以有留底嘅，可以問返PE受唔受。
