Warm up - burpees 1 mins
之後每個動作做30秒,做晒唯之一組,做4組
1. Squat
2. Push up
3. Abs Crunch
4. Lunges
5. Mountain climber
6. Leg raises

Btw 有無啲咩有重量既物件可以做啲拉既exercise for 背脊
