一坐低就會送上細細份前菜 – 香油拌長鰭吞拿魚粒

吞拿魚切到好細粒,然後撈少少香油、薑蓉,再係面擺放一片百合花
油份mix埋香油味好香,但因為有加薑蓉同吸收左好輕微花香,所以唔會覺得好油膩
之後再叫左一份3色海膽(¥3000)
包括左禮文海膽 + 2隻北方四島海膽

禮文海膽相對比較creamy,入口後細嚼幾下甜味已經不斷湧出黎

中間呢款北方四島馬糞海膽,口感相對比較堅挺,味道都幾濃,除左甜味仲有海水個種鹹味

右手邊個款北方四島柔軟程度就介乎係上面2隻之間,海水鹹味唔重,但清甜味好突出

店家仲有提供wasabi同鹽比大家蘸
Wasabi真係幾唔錯,完全唔係一包包個種,而係磨出黎仲仍然保留少少一粒粒感覺,味道唔會太刺鼻
個人建議食禮文同右手邊個款北方四島可以蘸少少鹽,用鹽去吊個甜味更出
而中間個款北方四島就可以蘸wasabi,刺激返個濃厚感
之後我仲叫左個貝殼焗海鮮 (¥1100)
裏面有帶子、蟹肉、三文魚籽、芝士、Crean

雖然等左好耐都值得!
