rental income minus expenses (mortgage interest only, property taxes, commission, property management, repair and maintenance etc.) net income will add to your income from Canada and tax at the marginal rate.
You have to file T1135 too.

帶黃金入境洗唔洗報稅

唔洗報稅but recommend you declare them to Canada Customs.
Also, currency and monetary instruments over $10,000 must be declared.

Travelling with CAN$10,000 or more
There are no restrictions on the amount of money you can bring into or take out of Canada, nor is it illegal to do so.

However, any time you cross the border, you must declare any currency or monetary instruments you have in your possession that are valued at CAN$10,000 or more. The CAN$10,000 can be any combination of Canadian or foreign currency and monetary instruments, such as stocks, bonds, bank drafts, cheques and traveller's cheques. This requirement applies to you whether you are travelling on business, pleasure or if you are carrying money on behalf of someone else.

When you arrive in Canada with currency or monetary instruments valued at CAN$10,000 or more in your possession, you must report it on Form E311, the CBSA Declaration Card (if one was provided to you), on an Automated Border Clearance kiosk or a Primary Inspection Kiosk, or in the verbal declaration made to a border services officer.

2.唔知會唔會好白痴條問題,因為以前屋企人物業借我名買樓,但租金收入實際我由頭到尾都無收過,全部係屋企人收入黎,會唔會如果我證明到係佢地收入,我有機會唔使俾加拿大海外租金收入稅?

Are you talkimg about the tax on net income from HK rental property?
You have to install income tax on rental income. e.g. if your income tax on rental income is $12,000, then you have to make instalment to cover the income tax. You can choose to pay the income tax when you file the tax return but there will be instalment interest. Hire an accountant and he/she will tell you what to do.

If the property is under your name, you have to pay tax on th eincome and report it on T1135.

We subtract the higher amount from your actual instalment interest charges for 2022. We then divide the difference by 2 and the result is your penalty.

You can reduce or eliminate interest and penalties if you do one of the following:

overpay your next instalment payment
pay your next instalment early
This will allow you to earn instalment credit interest. This credit interest is not refundable and can only be used against any interest charges on late payments for the same tax year.

加拿大無provsional tax, 因為每個月出人工就要扣稅。香港下年年底先交稅所以先有provisional tax

香港既provsional tax 其實唔係prepay

2021年4月收既租係2022年4月先報稅然後2023年1月先交。

provisional tax 只不過提早一年係2022年頭收住先,你個租其實2021年4月已經落左你袋 咁計返timeline其實唔係prepay
