講多少少functional yoga同alignment yoga分別
functional yoga係靠你個人去aware 自己做緊咩
例如好簡單seated side bend,右手舉起向左伸展,叫你感覺下身體邊到伸展緊,然後試下心口少少轉向地有咩唔同,心口轉向天有咩唔同。好多時老師都教要打開心口向天,open chest,其實唔係錯但depends where you want to stretch. it is not an order to open chest, but an experience to feel how your feel, and decide where you want to stretch
又以mountain pose為例,好多時都叫合埋腳腳踏向前,但functional yoga話我地知每個人skeleton都唔同。每個人既大腿,小腿骨都有唔同rotation/tilt angle, 所以有啲人係無論點都外八字企。再者,女士同男士盆骨闊度唔同,分開腳會舒服啲。mountain pose只要腳踏實地企得穩就可以了,我唔會強求腳趾要向前腳要合
