2) 可以在英國境內申請

5) 居住滿5年後, 可以申請PR, 12個月後可以申請入籍

申請條件:
1) 要有BNO資格 (己過期或遺失都可以)
2) 居住在香港
3) 有居住/財政證明至少夠在英國生活6個月
4) 承諾會學習英文
5) 要有肺結核健康證明
6) 支付IHS 費用

若BNO VISA 申請人可以帶同以下家人:
1) 配偶
2) 未婚伴侶
3) 18歲以下小朋友 (首次申請時未滿18歲)
4) 其他家庭成員, 要證明高度依賴BNO VISA 申請人
