"A body-fat percentage that's too low can be harmful to your health and well-being," Laquale says. For healthy body-fat percentage ranges based on your fitness level, follow these guildelines:
Top athletes: 15 to 20%
Fit women: 21 to 24%
Healthy/acceptable: 25 to 32%
Overweight: 33% plus

只要個range正常、健健康康、間中做運動絕對係好事,
但除咗運動員呢啲有需要咁做嘅人,無謂push自己去咁盡嘅limit,要戒口同keep住高強度運動先可以維持低體脂,
