我做緊個間係外資FI，往年每月都有3/4人出入，但近半年人手只有淨流出，連平時WFH/見客個班Fund Man都開始日日坐係公司

講番IT.. 其實無做過大公司應該係入唔到黎做manager，我個間主要都會請番啲FI做過既入黎(MS/Bloomberg etc),roles 唔同請黎既人都唔同，反而Cybersecurity/BCP就有啲無 FI 背景既都入左黎(所以你真係搵唔到工可以考慮呢樣), 另外因為上晒cloud，所以 infra Team真係幾近全滅左

....

Coding 方面呢度都好多人識但無人要寫，主要會落手寫都係50+個幾個(寫黎做自己啲automation

好彩無人連上咖啡機)，反而Trading個班啲Python寫得唔錯，同埋會乜 program 唔係太重要，但你要識個 Business Logic同 Flow 先緊要(所以我都認同IT knowledge/Programming係有佢值錢既地方，但在職場上唔係你想像中咁決定性，尤其係香港呢個無tech base 既地方)
