咁你俾緊嘅interest就係實實在在嘅loss
如果你有資金除非有其它更高回報嘅投資
6% interest offset就係最好嘅回報
除非你講嘅稅務優惠係高過個loss
我唔明有錢點解唔放喺offset account
而家就好似d broker係咁叫我唔好放錢落offset
但係又講唔到俾我聽我實際賺/慳到幾多
佢地好似覺得個monthly repayment就係基本expense
principle同interest係冇分別咁
