Furthermore, she has been using these fraudulently acquired qualifications to secure a series of public titles, including HKIE, BSOMES, among others. She also falsely claimed to be a Senior Technical Manager at MTR (when she was only an Assistant Manager) and claimed to possess qualifications she did not have (RICS, MHKIS, PhD) to secure a senior managerial position at Sino Group.

ECUK覆咗會跟進，HKIE耍無癩，啱啱TG谷見到

有人拿著她CEng MCIBSE的資料，以及欺騙希慎及富豪之文件，寫信要求ECUK及HKIE轍查事件。
獲ECUK書面回覆表示會跟進；
但HKIE要求投訴人需要提交個人資料及電話；以及提供證據，證明一個虛構建築物為何未存在過，他們才會處理該投訴。
投訴人回覆，他是長期卧病在床，患有肺癆的聾啞人士，不方便真人出現及電話與HKIE溝通，只有電郵一個溝通方法，並反問HKIE的家法Disciplinary Regulations中，有沒有定義過聯系方式一定要包括電話。此外該訴人認為HKIE的要求缺乏基本常識，要確定這個建築物是否虛構，只要要求當事人提供該建築物的資料，如位置、僱主、MPF紀錄等便可。並認為HKIE拒絕處理的做法是缺乏正義感及良知。
同一時間HKIE BS分部主席拒絕回應該投訴。網民認為，站於維護工程師學會名聲及公義立場，他是最應該站出來舉報當事人；但他卻選擇等待事件丟淡後就可以不了了之，認為他是工程界的恥辱。
