By now, the most obvious error is the possessive form of you as in "your interest" and "your GPA".
Other than that,
1. Please advise me on your GPA.
2. I am not sure whether I have read it correctly.
3. Poor writing style and business etiquettes throughout the email.
My view:
Your college transcript does not tell the whole picture about you as a person. Its merely an indicator of your capability to absorb new knowledge in a schooling context.
Yes, anything below a 3.0 is sucky from HK human resources perspective but you could be well under genuine extenuating circumstances for which your transcript can never show.
I believe the Director clear knew about that but his/her writing is terrible enough to offend a reasonably educated person.
