本人於郭嘉駿個人品牌LILABOC及網上討論區-LIHKG得悉有關貨品糾紛問題,就郭嘉駿本人的回覆,本人懷疑郭嘉駿有否違反的網店基本守則與藝人專業操守。
根據社交網站IG的截圖顯示,客人A早於半年前透過Payme入數至LILABOC的戶口,其後一直沒有收到任何回覆。8月25日客人A表示「如果冇貨請退錢」,郭嘉駿回覆「係咪唔識中文」、「一月入錢嚟做乜鳩」、「文盲」、「定係燒比你」基乎係每一句回覆都帶有侮辱性。本人質疑郭嘉駿是否具備基本的個人修養。事件中郭嘉駿不但沒有解答客人A問題,還恐嚇A「定係燒俾你」,其後更將客人A的個人Instagram及Payme的電話號碼公開至其個人社交網站,此舉令客人A對網上購物失去信心外,更違反了法律守則(公開個人資料),對其也造成極大的心理傷害。
一個專業演藝工作者,應對自己有嚴格的要求,凡是可以促進社會身心成長的活動,都應該努力不懈地改進,以滿足社會對專業的期望。本人懷疑郭嘉駿藝人有否違反的基本守則與專業操守,故特來函 貴會申訴,希能跟進,為演藝界建立良好環境。順祝

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint concerning the personal conduct of an artistes under your company— Denis Kwok Ka Chun. According to information available on an open forum LIHKG, the manners in which he behaved when handling the reimbursement caused by a mistaken transfer by one of his fans was by no means satisfactory. It is seriously doubted whether he constantly performs proper conduct that a television personality should always be equipped.
As indicated by screenshots from the victim, a lump sum amounting to about $300 dollars was transferred from the victim’s Payme account to LILABOC’s for purchasing merchandise more than a half of a year ago. No reply was received by the victim. Throughout the time interval of waiting for the product, the victim sent multiple requests of clarification for the current status of the delivery. The victim finally demanded a reimbursement of cost paid if it was still out of stock on the day of 25/8. Kwok then replied the victim with insulting wordings, such as “Do you know Chinese?”, “Illiterate”, “Or burn the money to you?” etc. This clearly deviates values of treating supporters with basic politeness that a regular entertainment company should always uphold. After expressing this set of ugly words, Kwok revealed the victim’s Instagram account and phone number on Instagram story. This damages the public confidence of shopping in online shops having similar affiliation with related artistes. Furthermore, suspicion of whether this set of action has violated ordinances related to privacy protection stipulated by the Hong Kong Government arises. This mistreatment inflicted certain psychological damage on the victim and the general public.
As a television personality, virtues like magnanimity should always be demonstrated when engaging supporters. Kwok’s offensive words should be deemed as unacceptable behaviour and not tolerated by your company. It is a reasonable assumption that artistes under your company’s management are reminded to satisfy basic professional expectations required by the public at all times and the occurrence of this incident clearly proves the failure of the execution of it. The public has been disappointed by his way of handling relationships with fans. It is hoped that response made by your company will not disappoint us one more time.
