Then it’s probably time they look for something else if all they can earn in big4 is 50k a year. I’ve yet to hear someone with a CPA to earn less than 80k a year. Im going to throw in some statistics ive read before and now googling back out for u. In Canada, the mean salary cpa is 141,000 (keep in mind this is mean, not avg). Although of course starting salary as a CPA is not going to bring u to 141,000, as you gain more experience it is not hard to achieve 10k/ month.

但讀過下書唔建議做bk
Bk經驗not even recognized as CPA experience
如果要做public, 一定要CPA firm

加拿大cpa mean 年薪係141k，
mean，不是avg（mean嘅中文係咪中位數？）。我暫時未聽講過有人考完cpa 都冇80k年入。
雖然唔會一考牌就有141k一年，但可想言之再做幾年，年資增長，要達到1萬蚊一個月唔係太難。

Believe it or not, many managers in B4 earn 70-90k. It is not hard for a CPA to earn 10k/mo but it is not common for a senior or a recently designated CPA.

我係上面有介紹過UBC Sauder嘅DAP program，我覺得係一個非常好嘅開始，只需讀一年，比undergrad 易入，又可以有UBC的名號，非常好。不建議community college，讀完大部分都唔請

其實果時回流返香港時已知道要回加拿大讀書。2012 見689 上台加上通識科 3/3/4 就覺得係時候要閃人。
UOFT我果時住Dorm，係Spadina Avenue （唐人街上小小）. Young and Bay 果邊有d condo/apartment 好似唔錯。

I don’t mean 一定需要係大行
我意思係大行會容易好多
一來大行先有PPR, 個report 已經寫少好多嘢
二來大行有rotation, 經驗會多好多
Bookkeeper啲experience，no matter 大定細
probably won’t get you a level 1 in technical competency
就算有好多年bk experience 都冇用

我會覺得，technical 對香港人嚟講唔難
難在time management

IT 係大把世界。溫哥華建議讀SFU or UBC（不建議college），east coast 其實好多間都可以，York Queen Mcmaster Western. 當然你嘅goal係入UofT
除此之外，在加拿大揾食真係唔知有咩好賺。
教琴，教波，補習收cash可以逃稅，幾好搵 (as a side gig)，我暑假幫人“土切”電腦（我唔識打😥）一個上午已有100加幣。
Uber，大溫送飯糰係搵唔到食，有friend做wechat白牌車都叫過得去（當然係服侍大陸人）
有兩個frd做匯豐，一個做TD bank teller都叫過得去，不過好搵就真係trade。如果你是個靚女做酒吧/ Cactus club waitress著件低胸賣下大包可以好多tips （不過前提係你真係要好靚，仲要大波，呢邊d女女 )

TLDR（總結）：讀得書：engineer，Medicine (doctor or pharmacist), CS, law, finance. (accounting 也可以嘅）
唔讀得書: trade (welding, construction, autobody, automechanics etc)

同意，rotation非常好。另外仲可以exchange
