1. Continuation of CityU-Learning. Online teaching will continue to be delivered in a real-time interactive format through Zoom via Canvas until the end of Semester B 2019/20.

2. Assessment. Final examinations will be conducted online during the examination period from 11 to 23 May 2020. Under exceptional circumstances where in-hall examinations have to be held, academic units will inform students accordingly. The Office of the Provost will issue guidelines to the academic units soon to provide advice on the preparation, design, and monitoring of the online final examinations. Course leaders will update students on the adjustments of assessment tasks as soon as possible, if any.

3. Course Grading Arrangements. The University will be offering students the option to apply for a change from letter grading to pass/fail grading for up to 6 credit units of courses taken in Semester B 2019/20. Details on the application process will be announced soon.
