I doubt it
they started the construction of the new fab 2 weeks ago. it was reported that they have secured all the water they need. really doubt they haven't addressed the power need.
in the past there were questions relating to the vibration caused by the high speed rail which was a heated debate at that time as they were building a fab near to the line....near as in few km away....I really doubt they haven't thought about power. after all the euv machine is a 200m euro each...

講多少少業界事比大家聽啦，其實支那買人已經唔係咩新鮮事，但做得呢行，都係讀好多書（phd係基野），多數人都有一種追求下一個突破點ga 心，所以真正有能力，都會向上，去美國，因為人地真係比到設備，資源，技術，身邊都有人走去支那，但講真，真係唔係勁嗰班，如上邊所講，做呢行係分工化，有點似一個stage(流水式工作）每個人每個team都有佢應要做ga野，就算好似文中所講比到中共買到人，都係唔會做得出成品，因為我要做研發，經常要幾間大廠咁去睇，大學去了解，但都冇可能做到全部都識，但中共投放係呢方面資源真係太少，唔好話突破，要追平都好難。就好似你好有能力，都唔會返深圳做同住一樣
