呢個情況現實少有 不過theory wise 會發生
現實黎講seller 唔會知market clearing price 所以會both occur
不過in theory seller 可以exceed 咗marker clearing price 令到人排隊 or 啱啱好令到所有willing and able 嘅人at that price 都買到
