if I may,

Chinese airlines don't do oil hedge. end of story.
total fuel cost moved due to oil price AND consumption,
change in staff or fuel cost itself is meaningless, more important fact is the change in terms of capacity I.e. cask
u can't just compare how much the drop in dollar terms, but also how much they use and in terms of capacity, flying a380 has a complete different economics to an a320
u need to look at the capital structure I can't remember how many planes is on lease how many they bought but that affect their long term debt, hence u need to look ad adj ev/ebitdar.

also we talked about fx stuff in your other post...

suggest u check out their Rask, cask and yield change at least, if u wanna be fundamental...

if u can get hold of some sell side report take a look...but good sell side analyst is hard to come by nowadays
