1) If you are moving back to the UK to settle, you can access free National Health Service (NHS) as soon as you arrived.

2) You cannot get any social welfare payments until you stayed in the UK for at lease three months.

3) You should apply for a National Insurance (NI) number as soon as you arrive. Please see details in the link below -
