睇你用咩食材,好似d急凍肉有雪味都要處理下先。
尤其是豬.....有一排我老婆好鐘意拎d豬扒直接拎去氣炸鍋炸,難食到仆街....我平時乜春都食都覺得難食

但係最好的方案都係跟best evidence。

主要問題係而家好多時因為資本市場成本原因,又或者有急切性,產品推出嚟之前試嘅timeframe同sample size都唔夠同唔全面

疫苗真係有急切性。我覺得佢冇理由好似一般藥物咁玩十年先推出。
佢係賤在強制要人打。

當然,藥物的野就算過曬3個phase,都唔係冇recall的情況,的確以前係試過。

我只係覺得好多野根本一路research 可以一路有新發現。咁我唔會等返佢一百幾十年先去改變做法.....所以我先話都係跟current best practices/evidence。

而且,老實講,嚮現實世界,大把野危險過MSG d人都係照食。根本依家我地食的野好多都加工過,連買豬肉雞肉都可能有添加,點避到咁多.....
比較現實的做法,真係驚的,咪多d自己煮....(一次過煮幾餐,帶返公司叮飯食)。

Is MSG safe to eat?
