由2023年1月8日起，於出發前7日內曾在中國內地逗留的旅客亦可乘搭前往福岡及沖繩的航班，該航班的旅客亦毋須向HK Express提交外遊紀錄申報表。
我們會繼續致力維持航班的運作，盡量減少對旅客的影響。衷心感謝旅客的耐心等候及諒解。
Following the relaxations in border measures announced by the Japanese government, certain flights from Hong Kong to Japan previously cancelled will be reinstated. For details and frequently asked questions, please click here: https://bit.ly/3WN76Zx
Our team is working hard to reinstate bookings of customers who were previously booked on these flights as quickly as possible. In the meantime, there is no need for customers to contact us via our Customer Connect Team.
From 8 January 2023, customers who have been to the Chinese Mainland within seven days prior to departure will be able to travel on our flights to Fukuoka and Okinawa, and customers travelling on these flights will no longer be required to submit declarations of their travel history to HK Express.
We will continue to work hard to maintain our schedule as much as possible to minimise the impact to our customers. We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
