屌,不過講同做係兩回事

其實係一樣 佢先比citizen/pr番黎 只係waive左佢地home quarantine
然後當係一個preparation pilots program 同下年開關

佢應該係想講十一月開始起任何人入境sydney都唔使隔離 所以提左一提tourist
不過唔使quarantine同tourist幾時有得入境就係兩回事

Victoria 好似都開比NSW人入
會唔會又爆過，之後啲pilot plan又凍過水，得PR/business 入得
