但佢依家專登加多一大段俾呢個 allowance, 咁咪又係做多左野

如果有租屋咪扣到稅囉，不過樓主解完俾佢聽都唔明姐，唔知呢個世界有人係租屋

邊有得扣稅...

份 contract 無寫 bonus 點計，只係有句 salary will be reviewed annually

無提 housing 會 review or adjust

我諗都係無得扣 因為佢唔係真係reimbursement

係一舊cash allowance黎

所以其實係無伏，我諗公司咁做可能係想懶係多福利咁，吸引人做

Housing allowance 嗰部份應該唔計 MPF. 變相公司出少d MPF俾你...

如果你真係有租屋，房津係可以令你交少d稅，稅局都有列埋計法
無租屋當cash allowance就當然無得交少d

你要有 supporting 證明你租，先有得免稅，原諒你理解能力不足

同埋我既問題係有無伏

佢唔得既意思係因爲我無租樓，所以都當 taxable income.
即係我享用唔到呢個 tax deduction

MPF cap 左 1500， 所以無 concern
不過感謝提出一個伏位

佢話通常係 12% of base salary, 但俾多我，係益左我

識人搵70k都唔買樓就係因為公司有津貼
又唔撚使報落稅，雖然住得唔大

但一買咗樓就無，所以老閪都要+唔買樓

係有得扣，但我無租樓，所以無得扣

佢話 payslip 係出兩條數，唔會寫40K

供樓都有，俾齊 supporting 就得

出黎做野一定係講annual salary  架啦, Agency會叫你分開晒去計比佢睇，人地HR都係咁睇你個 annual salary combination
我理解 annual salary 係 normally be combined by
1. Base Salary (Fixed)
2. Allowance (Fixed), either transportation, housing, meal etc
3. Bonus (Floating), base on 倍數/% of 你Base salary, factor such as Personal Performance, Company/Regional/Local top line/bottomline
4. Incentive (Floating) base on 倍數/% of 你Base salary / 又或者講到明一個scheme

咁當中講緊，我理解啦下，會因為你base salary 變更而改變嘅野應該係3. Bonus & 4. Incentive, 因為同你加人工減人工你個base就係個basic salary 而有加有減
但allowance 理論上，除非你改左contract ，我當你加5％人工，你本身transportation allowance 係1000蚊，會一齊加5％？ 即係50蚊？ 我就好少聽到會咁。我最多都係聽到，你個grading到某個range 你d allowance就會提高左，而within果個range嘅職級就都係同一個價錢嘅 allowance, 而唔係今年人工多5％，跟住個transportation allowance又加5％

that's why佢先要分開黎計 basic salary 同 allowance
我明係payroll 上面出黎睇 , $40k basic salary同 $30k basic salary + $10k housing allowance，出到黎都係40k係手，一樣係base on $40k 月薪去交tax
我唔係好相信，你每加1％人工，個 allowance會每次都同你adjust 都係跟basic salary 加1％，你話bonus同incentive 我都想會一齊有adjustment
