,我都做左好耐西廚,
一樣又係同人一齊試下開舖,
由一間空舖到一間開門做到生意嘅鋪頭,真係一個好大嘅挑戰!
不過講真,又真係學到好多野,全部都係未開過舖嘅話就真係唔會識,又要搵出牌,又要搵裝修,之後就要計食物成本,仲要諗埋供應商,之後又要做宣傳,又要搵人,搵到人手又要教,開頭生意好啲都仲話鬆動啲,之後唔夠生意又要減人手。而家我都冇辦法,都係要買左個仔比人,真係好唔開心
但係呢啲全部都係經驗嚟嘅,起碼你今次吸收左經驗,下次知道邊啲位可以做得好啲,有時呢啲野真係好講天時地利人和,今次唔得唔緊要,大家都後生,再儲多幾年錢,一定有機會再搞過!
Btw,之前話可以幫到你做網絡宣傳,不過你都選擇咗要放舖,我都明白呢個選擇係好難決定!希望你繼續加油!有咩幫到你嘅話!我tg再同你傾下
