On the 5th of October 1984, the 1st episode of Panzer World Galient aired. Directed by Ryosuke Takahashi (Dougram, Votoms), the series ran for 25 episodes, had a compilation film & an OVA. It debuted in SRW BX (3DS) in 2015.

On the 5th of October 1975, the 1st episode of Kotetsu Jeeg aired. Created by Go Nagai and Tatsuya Yasuda, it ran for 46 episodes. It debuted in SRW Alpha 2 (PS2) in 2003 & received a modern sequel/reboot in Koutetsushin Jeeg in 2007.

On the 5th of October 1975, the 1st episode of UFO Robot Grendizer aired. It is the 3rd entry in the Mazinger trilogy. Created by Go Nagai, the 74 episode series became a massive success in both Europe & the Arabic regions of the Middle East. It received a modern remake (Grendizer U) in 2024. It debuted in SRW 2 (NES) in 1991.

On the 5th of October 2014, the 1st episode of Cross Ange aired. The 25 episode series was produced by Mitsuo Fukuda who previously worked on Gear Fighter Dendoh, Gundam SEED & Destiny. It debuted in SRW V (PS4, Vita, Switch & PC) in 2017.
