At today’s board meeting, ADOR resolved to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to reappoint Director Min Hee-jin as an internal director.
Previously, on the morning of September 11th, ADOR had already proposed to Min Hee-jin to oversee the production of NewJeans for the next five years, which is the entire remaining period of NewJeans' contract.
However, during today’s board meeting, it was discussed that, for now, the request for her reinstatement as CEO could not be accepted.
Since Min’s position, duration, and authority as the producer of NewJeans have been fundamentally secured, we expect to negotiate specific conditions moving forward.
Detailed answers regarding today’s board discussions and various questions have been provided to the NewJeans members via email.

Hybe拒絕俾閔媽重返CEO職位。但閔媽作為製作人既身份，任期由原本2個月變成5年，即係直至NJ剩餘合約既全部期間。
