Thank you for your email regarding the nuisance issue for redemption stamps at our Causeway Bay store .

 

We appreciate your time in bringing this incident to our attention and would like to express our sincere apologies for any unpleasant experiences.

 

We place strong emphasis on our professional service and service quality provided for our customers. Regarding this incident, we have immediately referred your concerns to relevant departments for further action.  As a result of investigation, we have reported the nuisance issue to the police, however according to the police, they cannot arrest them as it was not a criminal case. Nevertheless, we have reinforced our store management staff to pay extra attention at the check-out area and strictly forbid these people to block our store entrance and stop them from disturbing our customers. At the same time, we have also worked with the security company to provide training to the staff to strengthen their skills, so they can execute their duties properly. If they encounter problems, they must seek help from the duty manager at once for assistance, to avoid recurrence of similar incident.  

 

Meantime, we appreciate your invaluable comment about electronic stamps collection program for redemption, and we have passed it to our management team for review.   

 

Please be rest assured that we will closely monitor the issue to ensure our customers can enjoy hassle free shopping as before.
