As a result of investigation, we have reported the nuisance issue to the police, however according to the police, they cannot arrest them as it was not a criminal case. Nevertheless, we have reinforced our store management staff to pay extra attention at the check-out area and strictly forbid these people to block our store entrance and stop them from disturbing our customers. At the same time, we have also worked with the security company to provide training to the staff to strengthen their skills, so they can execute their duties properly. If they encounter problems, they must seek help from the duty manager at once for assistance, to avoid recurrence of similar incident.
