呢個真呀,我提出既係如果薯仔做得好自己本分,都俾人踩上心口,唔尊重既,講粗口既,最professional 既做法唔係應該同老細/樹敵開拖,要搵個許可既渠道表達返事實
當然上面講得啱,我呢d contract 位咁啱好彩,不過我當時其實係諗,你請得我就係無headcount 又要人幫手做急野大野啦,我manager 就不嬲好好知道其實佢都係要靠班小薯dup 石仔,但呢件蛋散唔知頭唔知路屌鳩人,你無人做得切你要賠錢你揹唔揹得起
其實manager要煩既野都唔少,所以我就一動不如一靜,我寧願讚多d下屬等佢心甘情願幫我做野好過,如果佢資質有限既咪俾返d non skill 既野佢做,反正show 到識得manage 條team 既 expectation
