其實起咗骨同切走咗啲筋膜咪就係平時打邊爐嗰啲牛小排 如果係逆紋切出嚟係好冧好滑架 切錯方向就會好韌

之前去街市問過 佢話成排都係rib 如果坑腩就係rib起咗骨 牛小排就係骨上面有雪花紋嗰層 然後牛肋條係骨與骨中間嗰啲肉
