分兩階段，第一階段於2021年1月31日起申請，要到指定中心(VAC)，香港位於北角，須於申請獲批後90日内抵達英國本土。第二階段於2021年2月23日起申請，可以透過「英國移民：身份檢查（UK Immigration: ID Check）」手機應用程式，掃描其護照、臉部，以及讀取附生物認證護照中的晶片辦理手續。如沒有生物認證護照或非指定國籍護照，要到指定中心(VAC)。

If your application is successful
You must travel to the UK:

within 90 days, if you went to a visa application centre to prove your identity
before your visa expires, if you used the ‘UK Immigration: ID Check’ smartphone app to prove your identity

唔知我有無理解錯, 有無巴打可以解答

我記得之前BNO VISA 5+1轉英藉, 除左話平均12個月唔可以離英多過180日
仲有5年總數唔可以離英多過450日
變相其實計返你平均一年唔可以離開多過90日 (你可能某一年兩年多過90日係無問題, 因為仲有180日呢個上限, 但OVERALL 唔可以多過450日)

但我近排上返BNO VISA個官網無左450日依條rule

係我理解錯?

應該係拎住ILR申請citizenship有5年內唔可以離開多過450日既規定:

簡單講, BNO VISA係唔係特別D, 唔需要理依個450日既規定?

總之5年後申請ILR住多一年, 平均5年內每年無離開多過180日就得?

因為睇返BNO VISA個PAGE, 佢係無LINK refer 去上面個條, 好簡單就係:
-meet the knowledge of English requirements
-pass the Life in the UK Test
-have spent no more than 180 days outside the UK in any 12 months in the last 5 years
-pay an application fee
之後住多一年就可以申請BC

其實點用BNO VISA申請ILR都好似未有資料, 定係因為有排都未到第一批5年, 所以未有資料?

BN(O)登記入籍係睇1981年英國國籍法第4條。本身無BN(O)嘅BN(O) visa 親屬就循1981年英國國籍法第6條歸化入籍

5+1唔係新鮮嘢， 5+1個1係英國國籍法不嬲都有嘅嘢黎，BN(O) visa 只係提供咗一條便利嘅途徑令你可以完成5+1個5， 個5行完咗之後緊接再行嗰條5+1個1係舊路黎。

除非你嘅目的只為拎 ILR，否則由5+1嘅第二年開始，就應該要遵守5年內離英不可超過450日嘅規定。

話說ILR同BC起待遇上會有咩唔同？

建議辭職一律唔好同HR講immigration，好on9 要迫你清哂税先岀最後一期糧

反正都要清，新辭咗職先清手續上煩啲
清完仲可能有得退稅

好似就算永居，都要每兩年入境英國一次
官網睇過，但搵唔返

BNO + ILR 其實同BC已經無乜分別咁滯，只係BNO因為係英聯邦國民可以喺各級議會選舉投票但係BC可以海外投你唔得，同埋你本英國護照免簽證地方咪少啲咁。

而如果BNO VISA 親屬，我諗首先投票權會受限，視乎實際上佢哋有乜國籍，如果得中國籍就唔使諗。無權領取英國護照。

至於兩者都會受限嘅權利就係個仔喺英國本土出嘅仔係BC,但喺海外出生唔會有BC。而你係BC又otherwise than by descent 嘅話，個仔海外出生先可以by descent 拎BC。

仲有ILR 離英超過兩年就會喪失身份，BC就當然無限期。

同埋公務員職位、投考軍隊等等都可能有影響。
