其實want to係因為我地成地講”我想點點點”，直譯做I want。
例如係餐廳想要隻杯，係I would like to have a cup/ may I have a cup please?
如果講I want to have a cup係好無禮貌

所以email都好少講We want, 直頭最好冇I / we
I hope -> it is hoped ...
I suggest -> it is suggested

We is change concerning you is problem last time
