ID Laws vary from state. some like CA do not require if your ID is on file (all CA driver licenses have a signature attached to them which differentiates them from an HKID. Driver licenses serve as de facto ID as US doesn't have an ID system).

2020 turnout is the highest in decades though it varies from precinct to precinct. The US lags in turnout compared to other democratic countries. Australia regularly has 90%, the UK has 60s-70s%.
The one question I want to ask is if Biden said the same accusations Trump said would you say the election is fraudulent? If all the networks called it for Trump and Biden said it was fraud would you believe Biden?

At this moment I have faith in the US court so if they are presenting a case and it is being processed, I wouldnt celebrate the success just yet like what the dems are doing right now
And I wouldn't say there is "no evidence" like how the mainstream medias are claiming at this point.

With all the witnesses and whistleblowers, it means you dont respect their affidavits to say "there is no evidence" or that you dont believe in a tie to the frauds; all cases are separate and independent and the party that got all the advantages has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Also, if people do have allegations of voter fraud and you can give me (evidence is more helpful than claims) I would be willing to research each allegation. I am an undergrad student in history so all I do is research anyways.

This brings another question about contesting the result. If it doesnt change the result, does it mean there was no fraud? I strongly believe if the security procedure can be enhanced and strictly enforced it would make everyone easier to accept whatever favorable or nonfavorable outcome.

If we could ID at an airport for the safety of everyone onboard an airplane, why cant we ID at an election that determines everyone's fate in the next 4 years, right?

Trump has appointed a lot of the federal judges so I have full confidence they won't throw any good evidence of fraud.
I think it's fine for the networks to proclaim Biden as the winner but I think Trump has every right to litigate. The margin in 2000 was a lot smaller: Florida was a couple hundred votes so how the votes were counted mattered. Plus the FL ballots were super confusing (google hanging chad Florida and see for yourself).

If you have links to those affidavits I'm more than willing to read them and do research. Any legal questions I can try to answer though note I am not a lawyer (US has a common law system so it works similar to HK but it is all in English).

I don't really understand why the Black dudes, despite being much less intelligent, have so much more power. Maybe they have played the victim card well enough, in addition to some contribution being plantation slaves. What surprises me tho is that even the Hispanic population seems to have more say than Asian American. That's truly unforgivable. Asians generally are 100x more diligent and look at what we get.
