You'll be based either at the HSBC Centre, Olympic or the HSBC Shek Mun Building
· This role is based in Hong Kong—please make sure that you are a Hong Kong Permanent Resident and able to speak English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
· This is a full-time inbound contact centre role where you will be focused on handling Premier customers and promoting products to them. You will not be doing outbound calls or cold-calling customers
· You'll be working full-time, 5 days a week, with a 9-hour shift that can fall any time between 7:30am-1:00am (shift schedule changes are rotated every 2-4 weeks but you will always be notified in advance)
· This role has a competitive salary of HKD16,000 per month, with an opportunity to receive quarterly bonuses (if upselling targets are met). You will have 18 days of annual leave, medical coverage, as well as other attractive HSBC employee benefits
