睇返気仙沼啲圖, 上次係響車站坐的士去...

The restaurant at Hotel JAL Tokyo has an excellent menu. It offers a buffet breakfast and a choice of menu. It serves a buffet lunch and a lunch with a choice of menu. For supper, there're a buffet supper and three four-course set menus. I chose a vegetable dish from the menu whereas my cousin's husband ordered a fish dish from it. The cafe in the hotel also has an unusual menu. I made a dinner reservation for five people for Sunday twenty five of seven at the cafe.

My Japanese friend Risa is on her period so she cannot have cold drinks, coffee, tomatoes and ice cream right now. Her aunt flow is visiting. She has bad cramps right now do she's gonna take two days of period leave. Her sister also feels bloated which means her period is going to come soon. She's had painful cramps lately as well but her period is late this month; it's one week late. She's being so emotional today because it's that time of the month again. Her cousin Shirley missed her period so she might be pregnant. Her cousin's husband did his leg workout this morning during which he overtrained his quadriceps, hamstrings and calves so he has got a cramp in his legs and left foot. Rika's brother will be attending a party on the weekend but I wong be going with him to it in case of cramping his style. I don't wanna put any pressure on him that would cramp his style. I don't want him to be under pressure which would cramp his style.

上年12月我都沿著北海道新幹線一路玩返落東京
好想返鄉下

Day 1 東京 -> 岩手 -> 青森

條女好似唔差喎

Day 2 青森 （五能線、弘前）

最近呢個月番工做到隻狗咁 剩番半條人命都無
而家終於有時間可以坐定定 繼續打文

上回講到坐左2個鐘 終於見到日本海啦！
雖然陸地呢邊好多雲 都係望出去個天同個海都 好藍 唔錯！



我自己好鍾意望海
所以唔會怕悶
坐下坐下黎到千畳敷呢個站
列車會停留15分鐘




其實日本有好多千畳敷
之前去和歌山嘅白浜都見過
其實就係一層層沉積岩嗰啲地貌
簡單黎講即係香港嘅東平州





個人覺得白浜嗰個靚啲同震撼啲

影夠就上車啦
上車前發現峭壁結左冰都幾靚



月台回望日本海方向


上番車之後個天開始變啦


呢段真係世界級咁靚......






坐下坐下去到深浦站
啲人又忽然間落車 我又跟住落



因為鄉下地方嘅鐵路通常都係單軌
去到某啲有2個月台嘅會合站 就要停一停俾其中一邊過左先
所以喺呢個站就可以一次過集郵曬2款列車啦


對面呢架去青森方向

順帶一提
白神號愉快列車有4卡 其中一卡係包廂列車
啲位可以較到變床咁攤喺到
成件事勁廢
不過我見全部包廂都FULL曬
所以淨係影左條走廊


坐左3個鐘終於可以落車 到左ウェスパ椿山駅



一落車已經有不老不死溫泉嘅接駁車standby
全部都係跟五能線嘅班次接駁
成架車得幾個人


一落車就係日帰溫泉嘅入口
如果過夜無記錯係對面高啲嗰座


入到去第一件事要除鞋
唔駛自己撳機買飛
可以直接去counter show 頭先坐車過黎張車飛就可以平200yen (原本400yen)
不過我唔記得影counter個樣
其實呢間野都幾舊 不過有接駁車起碼都叫accessible




呢到行出去就係應該要去浸嘅海邊溫泉
可以行出去室外望住日本海浸溫泉 成件事都好wild下

不過我最大嘅concern 係冬天得0度
可以點樣行出去浸溫泉......
你知啦咁鬼凍本身入面著住heat tech 又外套
又要喺入面沖左身 浸完室內嗰個
又要著番衫先再行出去
重要行咁遠先行到出去......
出到去又要除衫搞一大輪
成件事就好似以前細個冬天都要去遊室外池
喺更衣室行出去 明明好短 但係好似行一世都未落到水嘅struggle

男湯嗰邊都係好似平時去浸咁
清一色都係呀叔 正常嘅 平日呢啲日子除左呀叔呀伯都唔會有咩人

搞完一大輪 浸完室內暖左個身
終於鼓起勇氣行出室外
已經有曬心理準備會凍到騰騰震
諗住快步走出去 再9秒9除衫 然後跳落去




點知行到出去 原來無咩風 一啲都唔凍
可能浸左一浸打左個底 仲可以慢慢影完相先再行過去
左邊係混浴 右邊係女湯
（簡單黎講姐係左男 右女 我諗應該都無幾多個女人會肯同男人一齊浸）


行到入去發現正呀 一個人霸曬成個湯
個湯望落去好似打完風嘅城門河咁
變左做私人風呂
可惜個景今日真係好普通 天陰陰咁 無咩睇頭
零度嘅天氣 配埋平時熱到一浸就覺得暈嘅溫泉
感覺變得岩岩好

同平時渡假酒店嘅溫泉唔同嘅係
雖然都係望住個海
但係我唔係喺個建築物入面
我真係喺個海岸嘅岩石上面呀！！

一落左水 溫度唔太熱 浸左落去就唔想起身
又影下相 冥想下 咁就過左一個鐘

當我準備走嘅時候
有幾個呀叔呀伯入黎
然後我先發現未影全個湯嘅相
反面教材黎 記住唔可以咁影相


浸完先12點幾
但係我番青森嗰班五能線係4點幾
4個鐘流流長都唔知點過


唯有搵個地方坐低食下野 即係今朝買嘅飯團嗰啲（其實日日都無正餐食 都係食呢啲....) （而家睇番真係好想食半熟鹽煮蛋！！！！！）

仲可以一路食一路望住頭先浸溫泉嘅景
一浸完就出太陽。。。。


不過我已經換番曬衫 唔想又除又著 真係好煩
食完飯氣攻心 就攤左喺張梳化訓著左
去開chur旅行嘅我 應該係我有史以來最relax嘅一次
證明個溫泉真係好舒服呀

後面都有2個呀叔喺後面攤左喺到訓著左
都幾大鼻鼾聲
大聲到嘈醒左我

今日真係好CHILL 好似唔知做過咩就半日

想當年真係有個呀嬸入咗嚟混浴

Love the next to last, the antepenultimate, the fourth last and the fifth from last photos. The scenery is so entrancing that i wanna take a leisurely stroll there with my girlfriend. Absolutely gorgeous photos. Good job!

I hear a concert hall is being constructed at Osaka University with a grant from thr faculty of arts and humanities. The construction of it is progressing well. Though the construction is an arduous and complex taak, it'll be worth it. The Japanesd government has awarded my friend Tomio a eight hundred forty six million six hundred thousand five hundred yen student grant to study biotechnology at the university. He loves kickboxing. He's lucky because his professor grants permission to use the ring and the cage at university. His elder brother has also received a five billion three hundred thirty eight million eight hundred five thousand yen 💴grant for research into space elevators there. He's been having a crush on this girl named Selena for eight years but she has a boyfriend. His friend, Leonardo said "That's totally fair. She's quite attractive." But he's beginning to realize he has no place in her scheme of things. He's just being a doormat so I told him to forget her. She's just not worth it. His elder sister is applying for a resesrch grant for research on flying cars 🚗wheteas his younger sister is studying artificiall intelligence there. Last Tuesday after supper, she hurried back home 🏡. I asked "Why the hurry?" It turns out that the money 💰for her study grant is about to dry up in which case she won't be able to continue her studies. That's why she's in a desperate hurry to find a job. I had a friendly chat with her the other day. We started off by discussing her career plan and gradually the conversation progressed to our favorite movies 🎞. Project Gutenberg is worth seeing for the excitement it generates and its three-D effects. I saw it twice on the big screen and once more on DVD when it was off the big screen. It kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The movie 🎥lived up to my expectation. The majority of the movie 🎬is flashbacks to the incidents before Lee Man is arrested. There's an unexpected twist in the plot toward the end of the movie 📽. The Mummy is also a worthwhile movie 🎥which starts with a flashback to Imhotep's past. His younger brother started off his career as a security guard but quickly progressed to a manager. I enjoy chatting with him but whenever we chat, we never seem to progress beyond his favorite sport, baseball ⚾️. He loves painting 🖼but alas, he has no talent for it. He never progressed beyond the stage of painting cartoon characters. He's been wondering about setting up a hotel 🏨business in Mid-Levels. I think it's worth a try as he has a razor-sharp mind. His auntie thinks it's worth giving it a go too. He'll try to get sanctions for building it in Mid-Levels. I would think the government will sanction his proposals. Tomio has opened a sports retailer. He's got eighty one billion one hundred twenty two million yen's worth of gym and boxing equipment in his store. Over eleven million three hundred thousand yen's worth of jacuzzi tubs, boxing rings and fitness machines were shipped nationwide in the last seventeen months so he's doing a fantastic job of it. He loves gambling. In fact, he's on his way to a casino 🎰where he'll up the ante on the slot machines this time which he's excited about. He did three hours' worth of work this afternoon though before heading for the casino 🎰. He has a Chanel watchband worth three hundred eight thousand yen 💴.

His Lamborghini is worth thirteen million five hundred thousand yen 💴. He must be worth half a million while his girlfriend is worth over fifty million. He's a devout churchgoer who says his prayers every night before going to bed 🛌. He's been having recurring flashbacks of a car crash recently after seeing a car accident on the news so yesterday, he went to the church ⛪and asked a pastor from his church ⛪to pray for him. His church ⛪stresses the importance of daily prayer in the life of a Christian. He has purchased a house 🏠lately. He's done three weeks' worth if furniture shopping 🛍for his new house but it'll need a lot more work before he can move in. He asked me about selling his original house 🏠. I said "Your best bet would be to sell it this year." Next Sunday, the property developer will be giving a talk on the facilities it's planning on building for the clubhouse which is worth his attention. It'll soak up eighty percent of its savings. Tomio is a kickboxing fan. The promoter has announced a rematch between Shane and Oscar is in the works. In their first fight, Oscar started off the fight with a right cross followed by a left uppercut which knocked Shane out. Apparently, Shane suffered from a minor injury which took the edge of his performance. Both are fantastic fighters but, in a rematch, I think Shane will edge the match. The fans are excited about the rematch but Oscar has upped the ante by demanding a salary twice as much. Hopefully the rematch will eventually happen. In February, John will be fighting Dom. If he tests positive for steroids again, the fans will be deeply disappointed in him. The promoter will also be terribly disappointed with him since last year two of his tests came back positive. As a result, he was suspended for one year. However, if he loses because of ring rust due to having been suspended for a year, thr fans including me will be bitterly disappointed at the results. My brother who's a fan of him will also be deeply disappointed by the fact that he loses due to ring rust because of having been suspended. Last year, I was terribly disappointed to find his match against Dan was overturned to a no contest. The fans too were disappointed to hear he would be suspended. Eight years ago, John fought Matt in which he was disqualified for landing illegal downward elbows. Therefore, he lost by disqualification by which I was a bit disappointed. Three years later, he used yet another illegal move in a fight against Anthony which was a knee to the grounded opponent's head. The referee could've stopped the fight which would've been a cheap triumph for Anthont but fortunately, he didn't. Instead, he called a timeout to let him have a rest. John said in the post-fight press conference that when the referee called for a timeout, he immediately had flashbacks of his fight against Matt. The promoter of the organization sometimes pretends to be a fighter's friend but will sell him down the river the moment it makes financial sense for him. He pretended like he was Tito's friend but once Tito was past his prime, he sold hom down the river by dismissing him. Like swimming 🏊🏻‍♂️, kickboxing requires an exquisite sense of timing. It used to be huge in Japan but nowadays, it's most popular in America but not that popular in the global scheme of things. I'm planning on retrofitting my boxing gym with a ring and a cage. They're worth having since they make sparring more effective. A retrofit for my personal gym room is necessary as well which involves putting in a lat pulldown machine. The book 📖"Martial Arts Styles" is worth reading 📚as it teaches you the correct and effective ways of landing punches and kicks as well as executing submissions.
