因應政府公佈的防控指令，嘉禾院線全線 7 間戲院將由 3 月28 日下午 6 時起暫停營業至 4 月 10 日。受影響戲院包括：嘉禾 V WALK、嘉禾黃埔、嘉禾啟德、嘉禾粉嶺、海運戲院、the sky (奧海城)、StagE (屯門市廣場)。
全線戲院暫定於 4 月 11 日恢復營業，不便之處，敬請原諒。 有關戲票退款事宜，將於稍後公佈。

● For customers who purchased ticket(s) at box office, please visit respective Emperor Cinemas concierge to apply for refund by 28 Mar 2020 (6PM) or within 45 days after cinema reopened.^
● VIP members who redeemed buy 1 get 1 free ticket offer with tokens or purchased ticket(s) with discount e-coupon(s), the token difference and respective e-coupon(s) will be credited to your membership account within 14 working days.
● For customers who confirmed a house booking, our salesperson will contact you directly for the arrangements.

In response to Hong Kong SAR government’s mandate of the temporary cinema closure to counteract the recent surge of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong, all MCL Cinemas will be temporarily closed from 28/3/2020 after 6:00pm until 10/4/2020. We have the following arrangements:
- Customers who bought tickets of affected shows at box office, please go to box office which you purchased ticket within 30 days (on or before 10/5/2020) and arrange refund or exchange another show or a complimentary ticket. The complimentary ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of collection.
- Customers who bought tickets of affected shows via website or mobile app, your payment will be auto refunded.
All MCL cinemas will resume business on 11/4/2020 tentatively. Please stay with MCL facebook for the most update news.

In response to the latest development of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the related department of HKSAR Government announced to close all Places of Public Entertainment from 28 March for 14 days. UA Cinemas take below actions seriously:
1. All UA Cinemas will be temporarily closed between 28 March, 18:00 and 10 April 2020.
(The last show time of all UA Cinemas tomorrow (28 Mar) will be at 15:55.)
- Customers with tickets of affected shows of the above period at box office, please visit any UA Cinemas in Hong Kong within 60 days after re-opening of the cinemas to exchange for a same valued complimentary ticket or refund. The complimentary ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of collection.
- Customers who bought tickets of affected shows via UA website or UA mobile app, your payment will be auto refunded (Ticketing handling charge is NOT refundable).
2. We will carry out a thorough cleansing & disinfection works in all UA Cinemas before re-opening.

In order to comply with the latest public prevention of disease measures and regulatory requirements by Hong Kong Government, the 13 cinemas under Broadway Circuit will be temporarily closed for 14 days from 6 pm on 28 March. The arrangements are as follows:
- Customers who bought tickets of affected shows via website or mobile app, your payment will be auto refunded.
- Customers who bought tickets of affected shows at box office, please go to the respective cinema box office within 30 days (from 11 April) and arrange refund or exchange the same number of movie ticket or complimentary ticket. The complimentary ticket is valid until 31 January, 2021.
- The expiry date of all Broadway Circuit Ticket Exchange Coupon and Complimentary Ticket that expire in 2020 can be extended to 31 January, 2021.

In light of the current situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the following arrangements regarding the insight pass will be implemented:
【For insight pass 2019/2020】
Extended validity period: the expiry date will be changed from 30 April 2020 to 30 June 2020.
【For insight pass 2020/2021】
The renewal period, new application period, validity dates, and period of availability for kubrick exclusive offers will be changed as below.

Following Hong Kong Government latest guidelines, The Metroplex cinema will be temporarily closed for 14 days, from 6pm 28 Mar 2020 until 10 Apr 2020.

Customers with The Metroplex cinema tickets of the affected shows (i.e. shows from 3:30pm 28 Mar 2020 to 29 Mar 2020) can bring along the tickets or the credit card being used to buy the tickets to The Metroplex box office within 30 days from the show date and present your tickets at box office for exchanging tickets of the same movie (subject to availability) or arrange a refund.

凡於2020年3月14日至28日借出的光碟，最遲歸還日期將自動延至2020年04月30（四），逾期需繳交遲還罰款。指定之歸還地點不變。
領取贈券服務
對於2020年1月01日至2月29日所發出的入會/ 續會確認電郵或生日禮遇通知電郵，贈券領取有效期延至2020年4月30日（四）。領取方法不變。
對於2020年3月01日當日或之後所發出的入會/ 續會確認電郵或生日禮遇通知電郵內提及的贈券領取有效期，將由發信後一個月內領取延至兩個月內領取，領取方法不變。
