Analyst Programmer
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle and work closely with different parties to develop web-based/ client-based/ cloud-based applications.
• Work on system design and development with other Programmers and Business Analysts.
• Prepare Testing, documentation, implementation and collect relevant business requirements.
• Update the helpdesk system and knowledge base to enable other staffs to provide support. Communicate with support staff of changes or updates, before communicating to dealers.
• Delivery of training to internal user or dealers using a variety of methods: one-on-one ad-hoc, group sessions, classes, demos, remote training via application sharing, web-based training modules and documentation.
• Work closely with internal business analyst team, development team and Customer Care to ensure every part of the business is coordinated appropriately.
• Create and maintain user documentation for dealer systems, including online and multimedia formats. Ensure materials are on brand and written in an engaging format.
• Provide support to our internal user or dealers day to day by telephone, email, and other means as appropriate to external users to ensure effective and efficient use of those systems.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Over 1 years solid experience in software development
• Acceptable proficiency in .Net programming languages, including C# and VB
• Acceptable proficiency in T-SQL and Stored Procedure for MS SQL, Reporting Service and Crystal Report
• Reasonable proficiency in .Net framework,
ASP.Net MVC and
ASP.Net
• Experience in supporting either internal/external audiences with an IT based system/application is an advantage
• Experience of Remote Support tools such as Team Viewer, WebEx and Skype for Business.
• Knowledge of salesforce or Configura CET is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can write clear and concise user documentation.
• Has an aptitude for explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
• Builds customer loyalty and confidence.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Willing to travel
