2. We have updated the university protocol regarding the involvement of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) on campus. In summary the position is as follows:
a. HKPF will not enter the campus except in the following situations: (1) to respond to 999 calls; (2) to enter with a Search Warrant or Court Order or other legal document; or (3) if they have reasonable belief that a person to be arrested is on campus, under the Police Force Ordinance.
