銀行界 interview 你問我盡答

係外資做緊trust/securities services既野3年幾，試左好多次想轉入ibd/capital markets都唔成功，中資都唔要我 (已經唔介意由analyst做起)，始終無exactly relevant既execution experience佢地都無心請你再train

而家有個opportunity轉去同行（細啲既外資），加20%，去左應該成世定型做返呢行，ching們有咩高見？

新入行想學野

Capital markets 相對securities有咩絕對優勢咁吸引你想轉過去？
Ibd就一定吸引啦，個名都吸引

純粹睇錢途，你同行跳一跳都加20%應該好唔錯？

ibd我覺得唔係內地人已經輸左9成（無論普通話講得幾好），係ecm/dcm稍為多返少少香港人做...人工都好過做securities services...

其實同行轉（完全relevant experience）20%算多定少 無概念...

25k 就加5k = 30k
30k 就加6k = 36k

邊間相對易入對於fg ？

其實留係ss做幾好，有work life balance同埋做到上去其實都搵唔少，ss同ibd/cm個skill set差好多好難直接跳，一係識人refer，一係就讀個master洗底再報

其實junior ibd/cm 唔覺得要咩特別skill sets都係砌model做ppt...我做ss前線都有啲類似...不過當然佢地個啲會hardcore好多

唔識人直接報真係基本上0 chance...唯一一次有人refer去到final round都係差少少 master 就無咁既恆心同唔想放棄existing pay喇...

我以前做過transaction banking intern, 識d ss D level既都有過100K base, MD over 200k base with good bonus.
