利申:現職外資ibank非hr,但In過好多大銀行都有offer,亦in過唔少candidates for entry level position
35-40歲, cityu bba ,做咗fund admin and or back office 8年既officer 點入KYC/ Compliance 既ops
有做過叫價會好好多, 無做過俾人壓價壓到傻, 30幾歲人就唔好轉行喇
巴打你大我差唔多十年, 我諗你經驗一定豐富過我, 三思而後行
有喺fund level 做過 structural risk review,叫D客close D high risk 嘅 fund .吾知算吾算 KYC, 其實本人無會計底所以想喺其他方向發展.以上經驗可以喺邊D compliance/CDD/KYC 工種發展?
有睇開問題唔大, 可以做KYC, 但淨係fund既KYC市場唔大, 起碼要識埋corporate
compliance老實講, 你既profile唔易入
同埋high risk就叫人close, 你間firm咁不負責任既![]()
interview呢D位小心俾人challenge,俾我我唔會講出口, 人地會覺得你間firm咁驚high risk client, 咁會唔會無足夠經驗/程序去handle呢type client?
想問下大家意見,我之前本身係某外資銀行返過幾個月contract....之後冇做,做D野傳統ma ma地
跟住隔左幾個月返黎做緊另一個dept既contract ...跟mobile app做UAT tester,,,舊dept老細都知既
返左幾個月都知舊dept走左好多contractor同perm....有部份係頂唔住一D上司/比佢趕走.....
依家呢個老細好好肯講肯教但就知呢個dept好難有headcount.....但contract就應該一路有得renew...因為有project keep住做....
問題黎啦,舊dept 老細搵返我話有個perm位問我有冇興趣?但我唔知hr個offer但預都是加1k...問過之前同post都是咁轉既舊同事都是差唔多
人工我諗轉完perm同依家contract都是差唔多
1)benefit 舊dept perm offer 好D但就未必好做見佢幾個月走咁多人
2)job nature做得開心就依家但前景就唔知
