分享少少先, 大家都問得太闊(interview千奇唔好咁樣問interviewer, 最好specific d)
以下以
外資行為基礎 (中資唔太清楚)
無論你係target front office 定 back office, language, language同language係最重要
兩文三語實會用到, 如果係ibank/pb, 基本上全程英文, interviewer好多都唔會係華人
如果你係英文差既, 最好準備晒以下問題既稿, 再背晒佢
1. self introduction
2. summary of duties of previous jobs
3. reason of quitting
4. why choose this field/bank
5. S & W
6. can u bring something new to here
7. 根據你果個field既情境題 the worst situation/ any challenge
8. domain knowledge
9. additional questions for interviewer
基本上大包圍晒, 有7-8成問題都會中, 到時唔洗騰雞
建議: 英文唔識點講, 就諗清楚個句子結構先好講, 唔好衝口而出, 可以加手語, 唔洗太著重發音(字正腔圓), 好多未必係英國人美國人, 佢地發音本身都唔正, 例如遇到印度人, 唔好聽唔明扮聽明, 佢地自己知自己事, 你問多幾次佢地唔會怪你
第二重點:信心
一定要有信心, 唔好俾佢兇到, 銀行工普遍大壓力, 尤其前線, interview好多時會加stress test
以我果到為例, 講到明interview時一定要test佢既受壓能力, 不停問得好deep, dig down再dig down, 睇下佢答唔到時會有咩反應(有陣時我都唔知自己問左D咩, 答案唔重要, 重要係想睇個反應)
真係遇上唔識答既問題, 唔好ummmm幾十秒, 唔好呆左, 唔好傻笑, 唔好話唔識
可以試下反問佢, 例如:
Q: What the reason of hiring you?
A: Umm... may i know what kind of people you are looking for right now?
Q: blablablablab....
A: 根據佢講既野, 加1,2個例子, 講到自己都係呢種人, thats why i think i am a good fit for this position
另一種情況, 避重就輕, 答D唔答D咁帶過就算
Q: Can you bring something you learnt and make change to here?
A: Um. actually our current procedure is............... is it similar to yours?
A: (Similar) then i can help the process smoother by using my exp. (Not similar) then i can make some changes based on your current structure, may i know more details of your procedure?
其實無答過佢問題, 仲一腳射番個波俾佢
第三, 創意
作為一個interviewer(department, 非hr), 做左成日野黎見你, 你仲答埋D行野, 我真係會當個interview係個coffee break算數
如果你明知自己CV唔出眾, 仲答埋D行貨, 試問點解我要揀你? (除非你外表好出眾)
呢個時候不如試下一鳴驚人
(講真唔係個個interviewer都buy, 但唔試一定無機會, 一個ibank既position, 每次opening 請1-2個人, CV收到上百份, in 20-30個人, 你自己諗下點解人地要請你)
所謂創意, 唔係真係要天馬行空, 只係答D人地唔會答既野, 例如:
Q: why do you like doing xxxx

this job)?
A: to be honest i do like travel only. do you? (笑) not everyone can do something what they love everyday, and apparently i am not the lucky one. 解釋一輪最尾記得記得要兜番, 雖然我唔係太鍾意, 但我能力上完全可以勝任呢份工
千奇唔好答咩我覺得呢行好有趣, 好有前景, 我好鍾意做呢份工, bullshit黎
有時講真話更加容易引起共鳴, 尤其當個interviewer唔係太高級既時侯 (AVP, AD, team lead之類)
另外有樣野提下大家
interview之前, 記得linkedin左個interviewer先, 查下佢個名點讀同background (如果佢係間bank做左10年, 佢實會challenge你點解做2年就走, 你可以prepare定都得)
基本上做得外資行既, 都實有linkedin, 仲可以show俾人睇你有做功課
