今天是快樂的一天，因我有很多空堂。
多空堂的原因是為期兩年的Early Career Framework，它是英國新取牌老師需通過的induction。
Framework包括減輕了的教擔、校內的Mentor support和校外的Training session。老師亦需要有regular progress reviewst和兩個 formal assessments 。
而Formal Assessment的準則，是由英國教育局制定的8大Teacher Standard，分別是：
1. Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
2. Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
3. Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
4. Plan and teach well structured lessons
5. Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
6. Make accurate and productive use of assessment
7. Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
8. Fulfil wider professional responsibilities
還是學生的大家可以想一想，自己的老師有無符合全部Standard。
