Mac 就號稱主要黃金地段一級商場,應該回彈機會比較高。我12蚊入依家都上到18左右,算表現唔錯。

MPW就增長的確強勁, sell-side report都唔錯 (6/2/5/0/0), YTD表現麻麻, 唔知係之前升得太多over value而家回彈返, 定好似你所講管理出現問題, 但呢行咁專, 唔熟既我寧願唔掂, 市場上咁多REIT揀, health care又未係好hot既market, 寧願去追下logistic / data center
