You can go to the local Post Office to get a passport renewal form (the same form for all British passport application - including BN(O)). All you need to do is to send your expired BN(O) passport, with your HKID card and the completed form with payment back to the Passport Office.

There are also passport customer service centres around the country for urgent cases. There is one in Newport.

You will need to register to vote by Monday 22 May 2017 in order to vote in the general election on 8 June 2017.
