For you to get Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK based on long residence (10 years), you cannot be outside of the UK for more than 540 days in total over the 10 years.

If you want to get your ILR ASAP and your case is not complex, you can pay extra to get same day processing at a Visa Premium Service Centre. You will need to pay an extra £590 on top of your application fee to use the Visa Premium Service Centre. Add another £75 for Saturday and after office hours (9am to 4pm) appointments.

So total fees will be -

£2,297 (ILR fees)+£590 (Premium Service)=£2,887 (using 2017 fees)

You need to remember, the quicker you get ILR, the faster you can become a British Citizen.
