Happy New Year and SCI/HOME wish you a blissful year with good health and happiness ahead!
Thank you for filling in the Student Adjustment Survey in Fall 2019. In the survey, you indicated that you were encountering some difficulties or obstacles which caused you some stress or anxiety within the term. In regard to this, we would like to meet you individually in this winter break to learn more about you and see what relevant support the School/ the University could provide to you.
The meeting is on a voluntary basis. Please be assured that the content to be covered in the meeting will be kept confidential and be followed up by the advising staff of SCI/HOME with a master’s degree in counseling only unless prior consent has been obtained from you.
Grateful if you could fill in the reply slip below and reply this email to let us know your availability by 3 Jan 2020 (Fri). The meeting will normally be held within office hours (9:00-12:30pm; 2:00-5:30pm) and the advising staff will confirm the date, time and venue to meet after receiving your response.
