I simply don't agree your conclusion.
1. "對家唔想我哋 Connect 加泰". Show data to support your claim . No data, no talk !! I don't know how you conclude that OTHER POSTs rejected the idea on CONNECTING.
2. "加泰即頭行先香港好多....自治宣怖獨立" . Are you implying that you suggest HK to fight for independence asap?? Be careful!. Make your point very CLEAR!
For the posts I have seen so far, they simply HAVE concerns on doing it now - sensitive moments prior to USA Senator voting the HK Act. I believe you have misunderstood the reasoning from others' posts !
[size=4][b]GO AHEAD and do whatever you think is right, if you think that:
1. organizing an event to support Catalan AT THIS MOMENT will NOT have negative impact of USA Senators, which have already condemned violence AND
2. Passing the HK Human Rights and Demo. Act is NOT MORE important for you and HK as compared to supporting Catalan fighting for Independence. AND
3. it is not necessary to pay attention to what gPhone's contacts in USA has said: it is NOT the right moment to do anything tied to HK Independence before passing the Act. Catalan protested for Independence if I understand correctly. You need to judge the level of risk that USA Senator would think HK also want to fight for Independence now...
